Aktivitas Toksisitas Minyak Atsiri Kulit Cinnamomum sintoc Blume Terhadap Larva Artemia salina Leach (Studi Pendahuluan Anti Kanker)

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui aktivitas toksisitas minyak atsiri kulit kayu sintok (C. sintoc Blume) kondisi segar dan kering terhadap larva A. salina Leach. Menggunakan metode destilasi mendapatkan atsirinya, kemudian diuji toksisitasnya dengan menggunakan Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT), analisis senyawa GC-MS. Kematian dianalisis Regresi Probit. Hasil menunjukkan, bersifat toksik. Minyak mengandung 11 senyawa, 13 senyawa. Diduga yang terkandung pada C. Blume menyebabkan kematian Leach
